Field Trips
Pre- and post-conference excursions will be offered. Field-trips to Greenland (pre-conference) with accommodation at the Arctic Station
(south coast of Disko Island) owned by University of Copenhagen are planned.
The area around the Arctic Station has a huge biodiversity and within walking distance from the station 212 of the 513 Greenland's species
of flowering plants grow.

Trips to various localities within Denmark and southern Sweden will bring you to the salt-marshes of the Wadden Sea, with its pronounced differences in tide
and to the Hansted reservation in northwestern Jutland, one of the most desolated areas in Denmark with beautiful costal heaths and bogs.
The trip to southern Sweden will visit the biggest raised bog in southern Scandinavia, Store Mosse, and pass by Råshult where Linneaus was born.
Reservation and payment of the trips through the registration site.
Deadline for registration is April 4, 2008.
